Last few stays no ice working and I’m not staying in infamous west ( have and not as bad as some reviews but most work needed tower) Rooms are dull, dated and desperate for upgrades. Check in has improved with kiosks but don’t like little nickel and dime changes from email checkin upgrade to kiosk downgrade Email check in seems good but it’s 100% unreliable for upgrade. Rooms and reason of at least one star removal. All Caesars properties seem to play shorter than other casinos but like to see them improving experience. More choices and fewer slot games without any sound. Cons Casino improvement over last few months. If bring kids( and I used to) if and you have issues with complex maybe you look at alternatives. If can’t have fun here, it’s most likely a you problem. Hotel rooms need work Pros Much to do, eat, drink and have a great night. Casino is average but has well done sports betting room. Seasonal Holiday themed displays are outstanding and fun. Tropicana is best all around complex in Atlantic City Restaurants, clubs and shops are plentiful, with multiple options to any adult age.
